The UNI Tennis Complex was finished in October 2017. The Tennis complex is located right next to Bender and Dancer halls on West 12th Street. The complex became the home for UNI women's tennis. The complex consists of nine courts and has lights for each court. The courts cost $1.5 million.
Built as a collaborative effort between UNI, Cedar Falls Community School District, the city of Cedar Falls Parks and Recreation, the nine-court tennis complex was constructed in 2017. Built with post tension concrete, these courts should provide years of high-quality play. New LED Musco lighting provides lights from 6 am - 10 pm all week. Major outside support came from Black Hawk County Gaming, Cedar Falls Community Betterment Grant, and the Ella E. Round Trust.
uni tennis complex Located in Cedar Falls at the University of Northern Iowa, the UNI Tennis Complex features 8 lighted hard surface tennis courts. The courts were constructed new in the summer of 2018.
The outdoor courts are named the Klotz Tennis courts, named after former Men’s Tennis Coach, Don Klotz. The HTRC is also the home of the University of Iowa Men's and Women's Tennis, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Field Hockey, and Hawkeye Marching Band. The facility is located at 2820 Prairie Meadow Dr. in Iowa City, just west of the Hawkeye Hall of Fame.

The eight indoor courts and ten outdoor courts – four hard, four artificial clay and two American clay – at the Team Bath Sports Training Village, plus other facilities at associated hub clubs, are used by more than 1,500 people of all ages and abilities every week. They also play host to tournaments throughout the year, with recent major events including the 2019 Fed Cup, Invictus Games GB Trials and Wheelchair Tennis Grand Prix.
