Through 42 sets, Ole Miss has only dropped six after winning the first 14 in a row. For the first time since 2010, Ole Miss took down a top-15 opponent after defeating No. 15 Western Kentucky 3-1 on their home court. This also marked the first win on the road over a top-15 opponent in program history.

OXFORD, Miss. — With the spring signing period underway, head coach Kayla Banwarth has announced the addition of three new Rebels to the 2021 roster. Ole Miss continues to build heading into the second season of the Banwarth era, adding two freshmen and a transfer to the squad.
Ole Miss won the fifth and final set 15-13 off of a kill from Bair. Bair ended her night with 22 kills, her ninth straight match with double-digit kills. McLaughlin tallied 51 assists and 13 digs against the Aggies. Sunday, the Rebels (13-4) will match up against Mississippi State (13-5) in Oxford at 2 p.m. CT.
Ole Miss was able to extend its lead to 10-6, before a 6-2 Hilltopper run tied up the match once again at 12 apiece. A 4-0 Rebel run broke things open to go up 17-13 with two Ratliff blocks. Ole Miss never let up the rest of the match, as the Rebel offense continued to fire rockets, going on a 5-0 run with five straight kills to lead 23-16.
