Learn-to-Skate (LTS) Programme. From fundamental movements that keep you gliding on ice to essential techniques which help with stability, learn all you need from Singapore’s only national ice skating programme, SKATESTAR. Specially developed with Singapore Ice Skating Association (SISA) and Singapore Ice Hockey Association (SIHA), this Learn-to-Skate programme aims to develop love of ice skating for people of all ages, and is only available at The Rink.
Learn-to-Skate is made up of four basic ice skating levels. Learn-to-Skate is suitable for adults and kids, aged 6-years old and above. Group classes are split by age group, with the ratio being 10 students to 1 coach. Lessons are conducted over five weekends, on either every Saturday or every Sunday.
SKATESTAR is a Learn-to-Skate program developed by the Singapore Ice Skating Association (SISA) in collaboration with the Singapore Ice Hockey Association (SIHA) to cultivate the sport of ice skating in Singapore. It is Singapore’s only national Learn-to-Skate program. The program is designed to teach the fundamentals of ice skating through a progression of skills that is fun, challenging and rewarding.
An internationally certified inline skating coach with a bachelors degree in sports science from ECU and more than a decade of inline skating coaching experience in various inline skating companies ranging from private lessons to group lessons of more than 100 pax.

How We Can Help You To Learn Skating ABOUT US. The Singapore Inline Skating Training Centre was founded in 1998 by Mr Law Kum Seng, a former regional skating champion. Mr Law started skating at the age of 9 and went on to represent Singapore in skating shows in Penang at the age on 13. His skating career spans more than 30 years.

Skate With Us is an approved inline skating classes programme vendor. Our programmes are endorsed by Singapore Sports Council in the Sports Education Programme (SEP). Skate With Us is an accredited HPB (Health Ambassador) grant programmer provider. Companies can register with HPB as a volunteer to facilitate the group administration and scheduling.
